Recession: Time to Get That Online Degree?

Years of economic decline may actually be a good time to earn an online degree. During a recession, it's harder to hold on to a job or ask for a raise. So, that often makes it the perfect chance to improve your resume and prepare for the future. BloggingStocks recently published an interesting article along these lines. Here's a blurb:
